422016 Triathlon VolunteerThe 2016 Triathlon Volunteer is responsible for the successful delivery of Girlz Tri.Du.Rule! Triathlon, Duathlon, and Adaptive Race and the supervision of girls ages 6 to 17 who participate. 10Council Learning FacilitatorThe Council Learning Facilitator (CLF) provides learning opportunities for adult volunteers to broaden their understanding of the Girl Scout program and to increase the skills and knowledge needed to carry out their volunteer positions with competence and satisfaction. The CLF is responsible for delivering courses, workshops, and resources to groups of volunteers in order to orient, prepare, and support them throughout their appointment. The nature of this position is to provide indirect service to girls. • A satisfactory Volunteer Interview • A satisfactory Criminal Background Check • Command of the English language (bilingual, if applicable) • Broad knowledge of the Girl Scout Movement and its current program, or a desire to learn about it. • Experience in education and/or adult education a plus • Must be or become a registered adult member of GSUSA • Complete required coursework as assigned and provided by Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania and GSUSA

This includes coordination of logistics the day of the event. The nature of this position requires the individual to provide direct service to girls, to ensure that all girls are welcomed and have a positive Girl Scout experience which blends fun with new skills and learning.• Experience in series topic or core curriculum • A satisfactory Volunteer Interview • A satisfactory Criminal Background Check (if included in the adult supervision ratio that will be directly responsible for the welfare of the girls) • Bilingual (if applicable) • Must be registered member of GSUSA • Complete required coursework as assigned and provided by Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania and GSUSA
38Girl Scouts Beyond Bars - Assistant Troop LeaderThe Girl Scouts Beyond Bars (GSBB) Assistant Troop Leader will assist the GSBB Troop Leader on an as needed basis with Troop activities. 46Overnight Parent HelperThe Overnight Parent Helper (OPH) has the enthusiasm and ability to assist in generating girls’ interests and curiosities about the way that they can discover themselves, connect with the others, and take action to make the world a better place through the Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE). The OPH will assist the Leader/Co-Leader on an as needed basis and agrees to participate in overnight activities with girls.• A satisfactory Criminal Background Check • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record (if applicable) • Bilingual (if applicable) • Must become a registered member of GSUSA • Good financial standing with GSEP
26Service Unit Compliance LiaisonThe Service Unit Compliance Liaison (SUCL) will act as the bridge between the Council’s Volunteer Management Department and the volunteers at the Service Unit level. The SUCL will be responsible for reviewing reports provided by the Volunteer Management Department to keep the Service Unit in compliance with the Volunteer Conversion Process. • A satisfactory Volunteer Interview • A satisfactory Criminal Background Check • Bilingual (if applicable) • Must be a registered member of GSUSA • Complete required coursework as assigned and provided by Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania and GSUSA
17Service Unit Cookie ManagerThe Service Unit Cookie Manager (SUCM) organizes and facilitates the Cookie Program in the Service Unit. 27Service Unit ManagerTo manage a team of volunteers who promote, develop and maintain Girl scouts within the assigned service unit.
